BIANCA was formed in 2024 as a musical vision blending the raw energy of black metal with doom heaviness and atmospheric layers. At the heart of it all is a powerful feminine identity that moves between an ethereal presence and a primal, almost instinctive rawness. The first demo recordings were set in motion by the project’s founders, while ES (known from Hideous Divinity and Patristic) further shaped the material and gave it a new dimension. During the final recording sessions, Sathrath of Nocturnal Depression also joined, bringing his distinctive black metal imprint to the sound. Their self-titled debut album takes the listener through eight dark chapters — a journey between dream and nightmare, an exploration of the human mind and its unconscious depths. Free from religious frameworks yet grounded in a clear humanist perspective, BIANCA builds an atmosphere in which melancholy, introspection, and melody merge into a cold but hypnotic sonic landscape. The audience at Hellhammer can expect a performance that does not play to spectacle, but to atmosphere — deep, dark, and emotionally uncompromising to the core.
